Terms & Conditions 99laju — Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 99laju.fun website, the Android and iOS mobile apps, and all services provided under the 99laju brand.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the 99laju platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real money amount (excluding bonuses) in a member's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, or promotional benefits credited to a member's account by 99laju.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the number of times a bonus must be wagered before it is eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the process of verifying a member's identity using valid identification documents.

Section headings in this document are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms contained within.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the 99laju platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list.
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
• Register one account only — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

99laju reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend existing accounts if there is reasonable ground to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that the information provided is false.

3 Account & Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and 99laju. Please follow these guidelines to keep your account protected:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 99laju account — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols is recommended.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via account settings for an additional layer of protection.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account when using a public or shared device.
• Contact the 99laju support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

99laju will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. However, we will take immediate action upon receiving a report of unauthorised access, including temporarily freezing the account pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99laju platform are subject to the following policies and procedures:

Deposit: 99laju accepts deposits via multiple payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch & Go eWallet, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Methods: FPX, local banks, e-wallets, crypto
• Processing time: a few minutes (depending on method)

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the specified timeframe upon successful KYC verification. Your first withdrawal requires identity document verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed
• Bank account must be registered under the same name as the 99laju account
• Processing time: within the specified timeframe upon approval

5 Bonuses & Promotions

99laju offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to its members. Each promotion has specific terms stated on its respective promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion type unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a balance that includes a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• 99laju reserves the right to void any bonus if misuse or exploitation of the promotions system is detected.
• Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the terms of each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Bonus system abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of a VPN to bypass geographical restrictions, or any form of system manipulation, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and further action including account closure.

6 Game Rules

All games on the 99laju platform are operated in accordance with specific rules set for each game type. The following general principles apply:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and audited to ensure fairness and prevent manipulation of results.
• The outcome of completed games is final and cannot be reversed except in cases of verifiable technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 99laju reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and can be viewed within the respective game interface.

For Live Casino games, all sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes. If there is a disagreement regarding a Live Casino game outcome, the video recording will be used as the final evidence.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99laju platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Fraud, identity impersonation or use of invalid identification documents.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Use of multiple accounts by the same individual to obtain undue benefits.
• Use of bots, automated software or other technical methods to manipulate the system or games.
• Attempts to hack, breach or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 99laju platform.
• Collusion between players in games involving other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Systematic or coordinated abuse of the bonus system.

8 Liability Limit

The 99laju platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the best possible availability and performance, certain limitations on our liability apply:

• 99laju is not liable for losses resulting from system failures beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures, or natural disasters.
• Financial losses arising from betting outcomes are the sole responsibility of the member placing the bet.
• 99laju is not liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of this platform.
• In cases where 99laju's liability cannot be fully excluded, our maximum liability is capped at the total amount deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This liability limit does not apply in cases of gross negligence or fraud that can be proven by 99laju.

9 Account Closure

A 99laju account can be closed in two ways — at the member's own request or at 99laju's initiative.

Closure at Member's Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the 99laju support team. Prior to closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) that meets withdrawal requirements will be processed to you.

Closure Initiated by 99laju: We reserve the right to close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to comply with the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Registration information that is proven to be false or misleading.
• No account activity for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

10 Responsible Gaming

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this platform without prior written consent from 99laju.
• Use of the 99laju brand name, logo or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Any software or application provided by 99laju for download is licensed to you for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Game content provided by third-party providers on the 99laju platform is the property of the respective providers and is subject to the licences granted to 99laju. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be acted upon in accordance with applicable law.

12 Amendments & Governing Law

99laju reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect upon publication on this platform.

• You will be notified via in-platform notification or email when significant changes to these terms and conditions occur.
• Continued use of the 99laju platform after an amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are always aware of the latest applicable terms.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
